Restoring Teeth At Harris Dental

Restoring Teeth At Harris Dental

Most dental patients are familiar with fillings. Traditional fillings are also called ‘direct restorations’ because they are applied to the tooth and then shaped and polished in one visit. Fillings can restore teeth that have been damaged by decay, so that their normal function returns.

Another type of filling is called an ‘indirect restoration’ and is produced in a dental lab. There are two types: inlays and onlays.

When a tooth needs more extensive dental restoration, a crown is frequently used. At Harris Dental, we create strong, natural-looking crowns from a variety of materials.

Teeth are made from hard tissue that, unfortunately, cannot regenerate. What if one of your teeth is damaged beyond repair? There are a number of effective replacements for missing teeth. Dentures are not the only option.

Call Harris Dental  to learn about the restoration options available. We will determine the best dental treatment plan for your tooth restoration needs. Harris Dental provides general and cosmetic dentistry to Phoenix area families.
